This is one of the oldest and ancient temples of Lord Shiva (6 of 12 jyotirlinga) located in mahrashtra near Pune, Maharashtra. The name Bhima is because the river which is originated from Lord Shiva while he was fighting with one of the demon (name Bhima) son of Kumbhkarna staying in the jungle, River Ganga came jumping down from the Jata (Hair) of Lord Shiva and became big river.
It is very holy and gathering place of people in shravan month in (shivratri), this is the place where you can spend with your family and friends and take advantage of Darshana of Lord Shiva.
